Anne Owen was born April 20, 1978 in Rochester, Minnesota.
Since then she has received a bachelors degree in English
from Winona State University, a masters degree in English
from Iowa State University, and is currently a student in the
MFA program at University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
She also has worked as an instructor of rhetoric courses at
both the Iowa State University and University of Illinois.
