Penny Pennell

Penny Pennell received an M.A. in English with an emphasis on creative writing from the University of Illinois at Springfield. She is an award-winning screenwriter and playwright. Her fiction has appeared in ELM, Underground Voices, Barnstorm, The Illinois Times, The Best of Foliate Oak, and The Journal of Microliterature. She is currently working on a novel and an original television pilot.
