Every voice is a relic
from the initial
firework, and the
smoke, the search
through the mist for
meaning, that is a
whole county over
from what was once
intended.
       Undressed,
even a good retelling
of want, ends with
two hands on fire,
clapping to re-burn
the moment.
       When you see
me naked on my back
porch, playing with
lighter fluid, and you
will see this at some
point, please watch
how often my
experiments turn into
actual dance.
